Following the typical Tuscan method of preparation, our Porchetta is massaged by hand, seasoned and then slowly oven-roasted. This gives it a full, intense flavour while maintaining the natural tenderness of each slice.
Served either heated or at room temperature in a panino, it makes delicious street food.
